ORDERS

After your order is completed at checkout and your payment has cleared, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note this email may be located in your spam/junk folder. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email info@shop-lowell.com with your order number.

 

PROCESSING

All of our jewelry is made to order and has different processing times. Ring production depends on sizing. Special sizing (quarter and half sizes) can take up to a week to process. Whole sizing is typically processed in 2-3 business days.

Arrival times depend on the shipping method you choose. If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please select expedited shipping at checkout and indicate the date in the notes when placing your order.

 

SHIPPING 

All shipping rates, domestic and international, are calculated upon checkout. Lo Well, LLC is not responsible for packages lost in transit, theft or damage. Please provide a secure shipping address when checking out. If a situation occurs, please contact your local USPS to gain more information on your package. We always recommend insuring your packages.

If you need to cancel an order or change a shipping address, please email info@shop-lowell.com within 24 hours to make changes to your order. Once production starts, changes to your order cannot be made.

 

RETURNS

We unfortunately do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is made to order. All sales are final.
